What is the protocol if my child has an appointment during school hours?  We will need an email sent to the teacher and a call to the office.

What is the protocol if my child is tardy?  The parent will need to accompany the child into school in order to sign them in when they arrive.  You will also need to let the office know if your child needs to buy lunch.

What is the protocol if my child is sick and will be absent?  Call the office and make arrangements to pick up homework.

Where are students dismissed?  K-8 Campus:  K-1st Grades – Back of the school through the PSR entrance double doors.  2nd, 3rd and 4th Grades  – South side Gym entrance.  5th, 6th , 7th 8th grades – Front   Early Childhood Center:  Pre-K – Front Entrance

For K-8th grade, when does the school day start and end?  School begins at 8:00am and ends at 3:00pm

For Pre K, when does the school day start and end?  8:15am-2:45pm   Full  Day and 8:15am-11:15am for half day

What are extended care times?  Before Care start time is 6:45am (no charge  Pre-K -8th Grade Before Care)  After School Extended Care is 3:00-6:00pm. (NEW – 2017-18 no charge for Pre-K After School Care)

How do I pay or get billed for extended care?  Your extended care bill will come from the rectory.

Do I have to use extended care full time?  You can have a flexible schedule, but you need to tell the teacher or notify the office of your schedule for extended care in advance of the days you need the service.

How do  purchase a new uniform?  Please visit the Lands End Web Site and look up our school.  Lands End St. Teresa School   You can also access our school with our school code – 900134107.  Your will need to create an account on the site.  Your child’s uniform choices will be found in the St. Teresa Catholic School site under his/her gender & grade.

Do we have to purchase the logo on our uniforms?  Yes and no.  Purchases for uniforms on the Lands End site are optional.  The only required item to purchase from Lands End is the Gold Polo with the school logo to wear on Wednesdays for the All School Mass.  The black or white shirts can be purchased with or without the logo and may be purchased at the supplier of your choice.  If you decide to purchase the following items from Lands End, you will be required to purchase the logo :

Girls  Plaid Uniform Jumper

Gold polo uniform shirt

White long sleeve and short sleeve button  down oxford shirt

Again – you are not required to purchase these items except for the gold polo,  but if you do decide to purchase them, you will be required to purchase the logo.  All of these items have been approved for students to wear in the classroom.  

What can I wear on Spirit Fridays?  Every Friday during the school year is a Spirit Friday.  Students are allowed to wear a black, white or gold/yellow plain colored top or they are allowed to wear any color St. Teresa spiritwear, club or sports team top.  Bottoms for Spiritwear Fridays are uniform bottoms.
